With 'fangate' still fresh on everyone's minds, Democrats are putting it to good use.
The Florida Democratic Party posted an ad on YouTube on Friday with a fan and whirling facts about Crist’s Republican opponent, Governor Rick Scott.
It features a clip from the now infamous debate this week and then at the end teases to next week's debate, saying "it's going to be cool."
Charlie Crist will be featured on a special edition of political connections this Sunday for an in depth look at the candidates running for governor.
Crist says he knows what the voters want.
"I think they want a governor they believe they can trust. I think they're concerned that, you know, we have to have somebody in that office... it's a very important office in our state, in any state... that really cares about us. They want somebody who really cares about them more than anything, and I do."
