A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Pinellas Park on Saturday night.
According to reports, two pedestrians were struck by a vehicle around 9:45 p.m. in the 12600 block of 66th Street.
One of the pedestrians was pronounced dead on the scene. The other was transported to Bayfront Hospital as a trauma alert with life-threatening injuries.
Officials say southbound 66th Street is closed as well as westbound 126th Avenue.
The vehicle that struck these two adults did stop.
