Every vote counts when it comes to Amendment 2, especially with recent poll numbers showing the campaign to legalize marijuana is losing support.

United for Care Regional Organizer Bianca Garza said opponents are using scare tactics. With just about two weeks left until Election Day, Garza said campaigners will be manning the phone banks and hitting the streets near early voting locations to convince voters otherwise.

“They are scare tactics and our goal is to spread the truth and answer people's questions,” Garza said.

Meanwhile, Vote No on 2 spokesperson Sarah Bascom said opponents will continue to move full speed ahead with its digital media blitz.

"There's no do overs once you put something into the constitution,” Bascom said. “We are using all the dollars that we have on television to make sure they realize the only remedy is to make sure they vote no on Amendment 2."
