There are more morning clouds in the Bay area as temperatures inch upward slightly.

Still, Tuesday will be a nice day, according to Bay News 9 meteorologist Juli Marquez.

"We may have more clouds than sun for some of us today," Marquez said. "And there may be an isolated shower or two."

High temperatures will rise to the low 80s with rain chances around 20 percent.

Meanwhile, an area is being watched near Mexico for possible development.

Invest 93 has a medium chance of development over the next two to five days as it moves east through the Bay of Campeche and eventually over the Yucatan Peninsula.

The system may move to the Northwestern Caribbean Sea or Cuba later this week.

"Right now, it appears the deepest moisture from the system will stay south of the Bay area," Marquez said.

An Air Force Reserve reconnaissance aircraft is scheduled to investigate the area this afternoon.
