Bay area residents will enjoy more sunshine Wednesday as a cold front moves south of Tampa Bay.

According to Bay News 9 meteorologist Juli Marquez, skies will be partly sunny to mostly sunny with high temperatures in the low to mid 80s.

Rain chances are less than 10 percent.

The conditions will persist today before cooler air moves into the area.

"There is a front dropping south of our area and it will become breezy this afternoon," Marquez said. "The rain chances will remain in south Florida. Gradually, cooler air will work its way into our area with low temperatures in the 50s to mid 60s tonight."
