Changes to the Manatee County School District may include redistricting and opening or closing schools, according to the Bradenton Herald.
The county school board heard the administration's plan Tuesday to have an outside company help with long-term master planning, the Herald said.
"Change is going to happen one way or another and we need to do our best to manage that change effectively," Robert Johnson, district director of planning and performance management, told the newspaper.
