Gov. Rick Scott and Charlie Crist are both out and about today.

The gubernatorial candidates are hitting the road ahead of the last weekend before Election Day to woo more voters.

There are five days left before Election Day but just three days of early voting left.

Gov. Scott and Crist are rallying across the state today with core supporters and trying to sway any still undecided voters.

Gov. Scott will be at Republican rallies today in Orlando. Crist, meanwhile, is campaigning in St. Petersburg and Broward County today.

The race being in its final days has done little to stall the bad blood.

In Gainesville Wednesday, Crist told a crowd at the University of Florida that Gov. Scott does not have their best interest in mind.

"You know, he doesn't open up and let you be able to vote here on campus, the students," Crist said. "That's not right. You know, Democracy's a precious thing. A lot of people have fought and died for your right to vote. The least they can do is let you do it on campus."

Earlier this year, Scott approved the elimination of an early voting site at the UF student union.

Scott made two official stops Wednesday, first announcing in Lake Mary that Mitsubishi/Hitachi is moving a headquarters to central Florida, along with about 100 jobs. He also was in Miami touting a plan for more job creation in the state.

"What do you want for your family, my family?" Gov. Scott said. "We want jobs. We want to make sure we get the education to live the dream of America. That's why we live here. We want to have the dream of our lives."

And if early voting numbers are any indication, voters want their voices heard.

In Hillsborough County alone, election officials say more than 8,100 people turned out at polling locations Wednesday. Turnout currently is about 6,000 more voters ahead than during early voting at this point in 2010.

More than 151,000 Hillsborough County voters have cast ballots, with about 49,000 at early voting sites.
