Tampa General Hospital is set to open its first primary care facility outside of Hillsborough County.
The Tampa General Medical Group Family Care Center Trinity in Pasco County will become the hospital’s 12th primary care location.
The office is located at 2433 Country Place Blvd., Trinity and will be open Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Services include immunizations, physicals, and management of chronic health conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes.
The office is also the first Family Care Center to offer on-site physical therapy for adults. Licensed physical therapists will be available beginning Oct. 27, Monday – Friday from 8:30 to 5 p.m.
