USF needs to decide on medical school location

The University of South Florida has some decisions to make.

It has to settle on a location for its new medical school building or it could have trouble getting public money for the project.

According to our partners at the Tampa Bay Times, USF officials are still weighing whether to expand on the current campus or build in downtown Tampa.

But the university risks missing out on state construction money in the next legislative session if it doesn't decide by the end of the year.
