Starting Jan. 1, 2015, the fee for a one-year license for a sterilized animal will increase from $5 to $10. The fee for an unsterilized animal will increase from $25 to $35.

The fee for a three-year license for a sterilized animal will increase from $15 to $30, while the fee for an three-year licenses for an unsterilized animal will increase from $75 to $105.

Dogs, cats and ferrets that are four months or older are required by county ordinance to have a current animal license. A current rabies vaccination is required to obtain a license.
