Two new commissioners were sworn into office in Citrus County this week.
According to Bay News 9's partner paper the Citrus Chronicle, Scott Carnahan and Ronald Kitchen Jr. became a part of the Citrus County Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday during a board meeting.
Both attended the ceremony with their families.
Kitchen is the newly elected commissioner for District 2, while Carnahan represents District 4.
Citrus County Clerk of Court Angela Vick swore the new commissioners into office.
