Neighbors at one Pasco County subdivision are relieved two of their neighbors are behind bars.

That’s because for months, many neighbors have been complaining about the troubled home where the tenants lived.

Families that lived at Waters Edge subdivision take pride in living there. But unfortunately, a troubled home in the neighborhood has raised several concerns among neighbors.

“Gated community, deed restricted, great place to raise a family,” said Zach Drewes.

Drewes took his concerns to the Homeowner’s Association, while other neighbors went to the sheriff’s office.

This morning, sheriff’s deputies raided the home located on 11106 Oyster Bay Circle.

Deputies found guns, drugs and stolen property at the residence.

Tabitha Parrent and Steven Kelley, who were renting the home, were arrested on drug charges.

The sheriff’s office is still trying to track down the homeowner who lives in California and has a message for others that are renting out properties.

“Get out right now and find out from the neighbors that live in the house if everything is OK,"  said Pasco County Sheriff, Chris Nocco.
