The woman who was 7 months pregnant when she was hit by a tow truck nearly two months ago has left the hospital.

Jenny Quiles suffered a traumatic brain injury after she was hit crossing the road to a doctor's appointment. The accident sent her into a coma for two weeks.

"I'm feeling better and good," said Jenny. "I'm able to go home today."

It's a day her husband Angel thought might never come.

"We all thought she wasn't gonna make it," said Angel.

"It feels good because I'm back, I'm back to life," said Jenny.

Jenny was hit while crossing the street to a doctor's appointment.

"Little by little everybody's been telling me of what happened, but I don't remember it," said Jenny.

Moments after she woke up from her coma, Jenny gave birth to baby Emmi, one month early. Now, mother and daughter are home, bonding.

"I have a little girl now," said Jenny. "I think she looks like me."

Angel says he's just taking it all in.

"It's a miracle, it has been a miracle since day number one, what God has done with Jenny and the baby," said Angel.

"Everybody tells me that they prayed for me," said Jenny.

Angel says Jenny's memory is at about 50 percent and continues to get better. She will continue with regular therapy.
