A fundraiser is being held for the family of a Largo man who died on the job earlier this year.

Adam Ferlanie, 34, was working for Tampa Steel Erecting Company on Sept. 23 when he was electrocuted. His family reported him missing, and his body was found at the work site the following day.

Ferlanie left behind his wife, Monique, and their three sons. Monique Ferlanie is pregnant with a baby girl who is due in January.

In an effort to help Ferlanie's family, First Watch is holding a fundraiser on Sunday, Dec. 28 at their new location, located at 13200 Seminole Blvd. in Largo. The fundraiser is being held as part of a Friends & Family Pre-Opening event, as the location is not officially open yet.

The eatery will be open from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Patrons can enjoy a fresh breakfast, brunch or lunch entree, with coffee or a beverage of their choice. Suggested donation is $10 per person.

The fundraiser will also benefit First Watch general manager Colin Good, who is currently being treated at the Moffitt Cancer Center.

If you are unable to attend, you can still make an online donation to Ferlanie's family.
