The 10-month old child missing overnight in Tampa has been located safely.
According to Tampa police, a tip lead police to 10-month-old Jaidyel Valdez, who was found overnight at a Busch Boulevard motel with her mother, Char-Ann Santana and another person.
Valdez is now in Department of Children and Families' custody.
Santana, 27, was arrested for having an outstanding warrant on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges.
Police said Valdez was supposed to have been in DCF custody earlier but Santana refused to follow a court order and turn the baby over.
