Authorities have identified the person they say shot at two cars Wednesday in Pinellas Park.

Terrence R. Johnson, a 17-year-old convicted felon, is wanted for aggravated assault with a firearm and will be charged as an adult, Pinellas Park police said.

According to police, a motorist said he was driving on 34th Street N (U.S. 19) in the 6800 block around 12:30 p.m. when he saw a white Chrysler 300 cut off a black Nissan.

When the driver of the Nissan yelled at the driver of the Chrysler, a passenger in the back seat of the Chrysler rolled down a window and fired a gunshot at the Nissan.

As the Nissan sped away, the Chrysler cut off the vehicle of the motorist who later called police. The motorist told police he was also shot at by the passenger in the Chrysler.

Investigators have since identified Johnson as the shooter and say he is armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about Johnson's whereabouts is asked to call 727-541-0785. Those wishing to remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477 or submit a tip online at  http://www.crimestoppersofpinellas.org.
