A Safety Harbor man is facing charges after deputies said he exposed himself to random two women and a girl earlier this month.

Jacob Lawrence Morris, 19, was arrested on two counts of exposure of sexual organs and one count of felony lewd and lascivious conduct.

According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, deputies received two separate reports on Dec. 8 about a suspect who had jumped out of a 2003 black Toyota Tundra, exposed his sexual organs and performed a sex act on himself.

Deputies said the first instance happened at 3:30 p.m. at Bayshore and Washington Street in front of a woman. The second instance happened about a half hour later at Iron Age and Third Avenue N and involved a minor female, deputies said.

On Dec. 13, deputies received a similar report from another woman. That incident reportedly happened at 2 p.m. along Bayshore Drive near the Safety Harbor Spa.

Deputies were able to identify Morris as the owner of the vehicle. Deputies interviewed Morris at his house, and they said he admitted to the crimes.

Morris was booked into the Pinellas County Jail.

Anyone with further information is asked to call Deputy Nicholas Hammack of the Community Policing Unit.

The investigation continues.
