Plans are in the works for a new boutique hotel in Holmes Beach.
According to the Bradenton Herald, a Tampa developer will break ground soon on the four-story, 37-unit hotel on Marina Drive. It will surround an existing 50-slip marina.
Hotel company Mainsail Lodging and Development also operates Mainsail Beach Inn on Holmes Beach and the Epicurean Hotel in Tampa.
The new hotel is expected to open in the fall of 2016.
