The parents of a 2-year-old boy killed by the family's Rottweilers on December 6 have been arrested.

Christopher Camejo, 29, and Claudia Scarbrough, 31, were taken into custody and charged with manslaughter and child neglect.

Detectives said on the day of the incident, both parents were home but were not supervising their three children.

The two remaining children, a girl, 5, and boy, 1, were sheltered by the Department of Children and Families.

Detectives said both Camejo and Scarbrough were under the influence of multiple narcotics on the day of the incident.

Camejo and Scarbrough are being held with a $20,000 bond.
