A U.S. Postal worker in Tampa has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
Tampa police detectives arrested James Allen Wade, 19, around 11 p.m. Sunday night on Postal Service property.
Police say Wade shot 25-year-old Emmanuel Richardson of Tampa on Christmas Day during an argument over a small amount of marijuana. Richardson later died.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the homicide.
