The string of warm and sunny weather with partly sunny skies won't continue for much longer.

An advancing cold front will bring a line of showers and possible thunderstorms beginning late Tuesday, according to Bay News 9 Chief Meteorologist Mike Clay.

It will be partly sunny and warm today, with the possibility of a small shower or two, Clay said. High temperatures will be in the low 80s Monday and Tuesday.

Conditions will turn cloudy and breezy Tuesday.

"The rain chance jumps to 60 percent on Tuesday," Clay said. "And Wednesday will be a little cooler - around 76 degrees for a high."

The rain chances will increase again later in the week.
