A fourth person has come forward claiming to be a victim of a Brandon pastor who is accused of molesting members of his congregation.

Francisco Rios, 44, was arrested more than two weeks ago after two girls, 12 and 15, and the older girl's mother told authorities he touched them inapprorpriately.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, detectives say another 15-year-old girl who now lives out of state has accused Rios of inappropriate touching, and Rios will charged a fourth time with lewd and lascivious molestation.

The pastor of the Spanish-language evangelical church Casa de Amor was released from the Hillsborough County Jail on Tuesday on a surety bond, according to jail records.

At a court hearing Monday, detective Chris Seaton said the girls told similar stories of being alone with Rios in his office. The 12-year-old said there had been multiple times when Rios slapped her behind, kissed her and touched her inappropriately, Seaton said. The first 15-year-old told the detective that Rios began touching her several years ago, but in 2013, his actions escalated.

According to the Times, a Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said detectives had known about the second 15-year-old, but in the year since an alleged incident took place, she had left Florida and couldn't be reached until recently.
