A warmer afternoon is on tap for the Bay area Wednesday.
According to Bay News 9 Meteorologist Juli Marquez, it will be partly sunny and nice today with a west wind across the area.
"There is a front working its way into North Florida but it will not move through the Bay area," Marquez said. "We will stay partly sunny, dry and warm today."
Temperatures will rise into the upper 70s near the coast and low to mid 80s inland today.
Skies will turn partly cloudy tonight. Another day of partly sunny conditions Thursday with a slight chance of showers in the afternoon.
