Two young Irish boys lived a dream this week when they got to meet Winter the Dolphin.

Hassan and Hussein Benhaffaf, 4-year-old twins born conjoined from the chest to the pelvis, were separated when they were 4-months-old.

Each boy was left with only one leg and one kidney. They have wanted to meet Winter since watching the Dolphin Tale movie.

On Wednesday, the boys and their family visited the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and were given a chance to pet, feed and play with the famous dolphin.

The visit to see Winter was the family's last stop on its vacation.

According to partner newspaper the Tampa Bay Times, the family began its American trip in Orlando, visiting Walt Disney World, Sea World and other sites. Next, the family went to a Hanger Clinic location in Sarasota to get adjustments and fittings for the boys' next prosthetic legs, which need to be replaced twice a year to keep up with their growth.
