A Port Richey man was arrested on Thursday after deputies said he was taking pictures of nude young girls, and performing sexual acts on them.
Francis Pfeffer, 63, is charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, promoting sexual performance by a child, and possession of sexual performance by a child.
Detectives had received a tip about Pfeffer and executed a search warrant at his home on Eileen Drive in Port Richey. Once they arrived, deputies found lewd images of a young girl on a digital camera.
The young girl told officials Pfeffer had encouraged her to drink alcohol and take her clothes off. He then performed oral sex on her and attempted to have intercourse with her, the report said.
Deputies said Pfeffer admitted to having the girl in his house but believed her to be in her late teens. Officials also said Pfeffer admitted to taking "silly pictures" of young girls who had come over to his house.
Pfeffer is currently being held at the Land 'O Lakes Detention Center.
