At 93 years old, Doris Parker tees off every Tuesday.

“I’ve been playing about 80 years,” said Parker. "I love exercise."

Longtime family friend Harvey Glymph gives her a hand at Rogers Park Golf Course in Tampa.

"It’s good for her and I’m glad to be able to do something to keep her active," he said. "It also keeps me active."

Parker, who lives in Tampa, has gumption on the greens and doesn’t let age slow her down.

"The whole golf course, yeah, ain’t no sense in coming if you’re just gonna play two, three holes,” said Parker.

"She might say a couple of bad words when she misses,” said Glymph. “But that’s my girl."

Parker said she understands the importance of staying active as she ages, she says it makes her feel younger.

"I feel good, I feel great," said Parker. "I feel like I did when I was about five, six years old."

“Nothing hurts, I don’t have no pains, nothing."

Staying active isn’t the 93-year-old’s only secret to longevity. She said she drinks a beer every night with dinner.
