A Valrico man was shot to death in Tampa on Friday morning.
According to reports, James King, 38, was found lying on the sidewalk around 10:30 a.m. after a shooting at 8704 North Brooks Street.
Officials said King died at the scene.
King was targeted, detectives said, and this was not a random act of violence.
