The Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections mailed ballots to overseas and military voters this week.

The ballots are being sent out in advance of the Aug. 26 primary. However, voters can cast their ballot before then, either by voting with a mail-in ballot or through early voting.

To request a mail-in ballot, visit VoteHillsborough.org or call (813) 612-4180 by Aug. 20.  The ballots will be sent out starting July 25, or you can get your ballot printed in the elections office.

Early voting will get underway Aug.14 and runs through Aug. 24. Visit VoteHillsborough.org to find early voting sites.

If you are not registered to vote, you have until July 28 to do so.
