Deputies said a Spring Hill man with Alzheimer's disease was found Wednesday afternoon, several hours after he was reported missing.
Charles Duncan, 78, was last seen early Wednesday morning. The Sheriff's Office says he may have taken a taxi from the corner of Spring Hill Drive and Mariner Boulevard to the intersection of U.S. 19 and Main Street in Port Richey.
Deputies said Duncan has dementia and Alzheimer's disease and is dependent on several medications.
Mr. Duncan is in good condition and is on his way home.
