A Leon County circuit judge will hear arguments Wednesday about Florida's congressional district map.
Circuit Judge Terry Lewis will preside over a hearing to determine whether lawmakers ought to be required to re-draw Florida's congressional district map before the upcoming 2014 elections.
Lewis struck that map down as being illegal, saying it unfairly benefited the Capitol's majority Republicans.
The problem is that thousands of ballots based on that map have already been mailed to overseas voters.
Now leaders will have to figure out how to make things right while preserving the integrity of the electoral process.
