A crash in Bradenton sent two people to the hospital in critical condition on Saturday.

Investigators said 44-year-old James Sellers was drunk driving at the intersection of State Road 70 and Braden Run Road when he slammed into another car and hit two other people.

According to reports, the two victims, 64-year-old William Stover and 25-year-old Trevin Scott, were standing on the road because one of the vehicles had broken down and needed to be towed.

Sellers faces several charges including driving under the influence with serious bodily injury and drug possession.
