Just off Interstate 4 in Seffner, you’ll find Lazydays RV Dealership.

It’s the place many from across the country come to purchase their homes away from home.

And now, it’s home to the Travel Channel reality TV series “Big Time RV.”

“It’s not just for the people who want to spend a half million, it’s for everybody,” said Jason Brunner of Lazydays RV.

Lazydays is the world’s largest RV dealership and the show’s production company Halfyard Productions said the Tampa site was just the right fit.

“The fun great energy this place has, made it perfect for a show,” said Greg Smith, VP of Programming of Halfyard Productions.

“We get to see the ins and outs, the pros and cons and the stress over the major purchase because some of these things are really, really expensive,” said Smith.

Some of the RVs Bay News 9 got a glimpse of came with heated tile floors and even a sauna. The prices ranged from the thousands for trailers to the million-dollar mark for upscale motor homes.

“I think it’s going to be insightful because the average person has no idea about motorhomes and the RV lifestyle,” said Brunner.

Lazydays will make its big debut with back-to-back episodes on Sunday, July 27 at 8 p.m. on Travel Channel.
