Detectives on Friday arrest a St. Petersburg man they say molested three young children and repeatedly exposed them to porn.
Roger Lyle Kent, 67, was charged with three counts of lewd and lascivious molestation and prohibition of certain acts in connection with obscenity.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, the boy and two girls involved were all younger than 12 and were known to Kent when the alleged crimes occurred. Detectives began to investigate early this month after the boy reported Kent's actions to his father and the father called authorities.
Detectives say they learned that Kent exposed the children to porn over a period of four to five years, touched the boy in an inappropriate manner, and made the girls touch him in an inappropriate manner. The activity was repeated several times, detectives said.
