The second suspect in a Manatee movie theater shooting that left a teen girl dead has turned himself in.

According to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, Frank Brice, 19, of Bradenton surrendered to authorities Tuesday morning and has been charged with murder. Deputies arrested 19-year-old Jasper Dudley of Bradenton on a murder charge on Monday.

Teria’le Rawls, 17, died Sunday after a shooting during an altercation in the parking lot of the Royal Palm Theater near U.S. 301 and State Road 70 in Manatee County.

According to witnesses, a group of people had an altercation in the parking lot of the theater and Rawls was shot. Rawls was being taken to Sarasota Memorial Hospital when the vehicle was pulled over in Sarasota by state troopers and Sarasota County sheriff's deputies.

Authorities later determined the shooting happened in the theater parking lot.

Rawls was heading into her senior year at Sarasota Riverview High School.

On Monday night, more than 100 people, many of them mothers with their young children, attended a vigil for Rawls at the Riverwalk in Bradenton.

"When we think of Teria'le, I know we can only ever think of her beautiful smile and all the moments we shared with her,” friend Sabrina Charlotte said.

Friends think she might have been in the wrong place at the wrong time.

"We remember her as the positive and wonderful person that she was," friend Lindsy Maglich said. "And I think reliving her memory kinds helps us get through it."
