The 16-year-old St. Petersburg foster child who gained national attention when he asked for someone to adopt him is without a family again.

According to partner newspaper the Tampa Bay Times, Davion Only had moved in with a family in Ohio in March. That came after the teen took to the pulpit of a St. Pete church asking for a family to take him in.

His story was publicized in the media and received nationwide attention.

A minister and his wife with three children took Davion in started the adoption process. But on May 30, Davion's case manager flew to Ohio and brought him back to Florida.

The family said Davion got physical with another child and the father in the home.

The case manager said Davion is now in a therapeutic foster home and receiving treatment.
