Four people were arrested on mostly drug-related charges early Wednesday morning after a search warrant operation was conducted at a home on the 1000 block of North Bearmount Terrace in Crystal River.

Deputies had received information narcotics transactions were occurring on a daily basis at the residence over the course of several months. Ten people were inside the home when the search warrant was conducted.  

During the search warrant, detectives gathered approximately 13 grams of methamphetamine, 5 grams cannabis, multiple firearms, and an undisclosed amount of money.  There were also several items of drug paraphernalia within the home.

As a result of the operation, four people were arrested. Drug-related charges included possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, and possession of cannabis and paraphernalia.

One person was arrested for violation of felony probation.  

Along with the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Impact Unit and SWAT unit, Levy County Sheriff’s Office, and the United States Customs and Border Protection were involved in the operation.
