Deputies said a joyride on a pair of electric shopping carts ended with two arrests in Pasco County.
Deputies say Joseph Harmon, 23, and a 17-year-old took a pair of electric carts from the Walmart on U.S. 19 in Hudson and rode off in them, our partners at the Tampa Bay Times report.
The pair got about a half-mile from the store before deputies found them. Officials said they told the deputies they just wanted to see how far they could go in the carts.
Harmon and the teenager, who is not being named because of his age, are facing charges of grand theft.
