Citrus County Animal Services is offering free cat adoptions through the end of the week.
The deal applies to any cat that has been spayed or neutered. Each cat also has vaccinations and a microchip.
Citrus County residents will have to pay $5 for a license. Unaltered cat adoptions will cost $35.
The shelter has dogs too. Those that have been spayed or neutered are just $30. Unaltered dog adoptions are $60.
The kennels are open Saturday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with extended hours on Thursday until 6 p.m.
