The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two multi-vehicle accidents in two days that left several people seriously injured at the intersection of Big Bend and Lincoln Road in Riverview.
The most recent crash happened Thursday at 9:47 a.m. Two people were taken to Tampa General Hospital with serious injuries. Two other drivers reported minor injuries.
The other accident occurred Wednesday shortly before 7 p.m. In this accident, one driver suffered life threatening injuries and remains in critical condition at Tampa General Hospital.
The causes and contributing factors in the crashes remain under investigation.
