Redeveloping the Seminole Mall could cost taxpayers quite a bit of money.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, mall developers want the city to foot the bill for about $7.6 million in "public benefit enhancements."  Those include road improvements, permits and fees, and much more.

The entire project is estimated to cost more than $80 million.
