Police are looking for a Largo man in connection with an armed sexual battery that happened earlier this month.
Police said Timothy J. Davenport, 28, is wanted for the armed sexual battery that happened Aug. 18 in the area of Sixth Street NW and West Bay Drive.
Davenport, who lives in the neighborhood where the battery happened, is suspected of breaking into the woman's residence through an unlocked bathroom window. Police said he then sexually battered the woman while armed with a knife.
Police said the victim did not know Davenport. They said Davenport has fled his most recent address, but that he still may be in the area.
Police are currently seeking active arrest warrants for Davenport on charges of armed sexual battery, armed burglary and kidnapping.
