Three Land O' Lakes schools were briefly on lockdown Friday morning while deputies investigated a report of a suspicious person.
School officials called deputies after receiving reports that a suspicious person in a trench coat was seen walking on campus.
Deputies made contact with the person in the parking lot of Sunlake High School and discovered the suspicious person was actually a student who was unarmed.
Officials said the lockdowns were all lifted a short while later.
