A woman and her baby were killed and two of her other children were critically injured when a minivan left Interstate 4 and crashed early Sunday.

A 2008 Hyundai Entourage was traveling west on the highway, west of County Road 579, around 1:10 a.m. when it left the road, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

The van crossed a concrete culvert, shot up a grass embankment and crashed through a chain link fence. It flipped several times before coming to rest on its left side in the parking lot of Camping World of Tampa, according to the FHP.

The driver, 29-year-old Ruben Molina of Wesley Chapel, suffered only minor injuries. But the right-front passenger, 30-year-old Amanda Lynn Osborn from Tampa, was ejected and died at the scene. The couple's 5-month-old infant, Madilyna Molina, was transported to a hospital and died later.

The couple's two other children, ages 7-year-old Elijah D. Molina and 9-year-old Ruben D. Molina, were taken to Tampa General Hospital in critical condition. Molina's younger sister, 26-year-old Marialena was also a passenger in the car and taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Witnesses to the crash ask asked to contact the FHP at 813-631-4020.
