Just a week after the strongest earthquake in a quarter century hit northern California, a weaker 3.4-magnitude quake rumbled through the region early Sunday.

The quake hit five miles southwest of Napa, the center of California's famed wine country, the U.S. Geological Survey said. There are no reports of damage so far, the Napa County Sheriff's Office told CNN.

Last week's earthquake injured dozens, damaged historic buildings in downtown Napa and caused at least $1 billion in property damage in Napa and other communities.

The two earthquakes were a little over a mile from each other.
