Tropical Depression Five has formed from the tropical low swirling in the southwestern Gulf of Mexico in the Bay of Campeche.

According to Bay News 9 meterologist Brian McClure, it’s no threat to the U.S. and will mainly just be a big rainmaker for Mexico.

It will likely form into Tropical Storm “Dolly” in the next 24 hours.
