Two people are facing multiple charges of grand theft after simply walking into Tampa International Airport and walking out with other people's luggage.

According to TIA officials, Louanna Tallent, 37, and Joshua Taylor, 31, took as many as 10 suitcases from the baggage carousel between Sunday and Tuesday.

Airport police said the pair was spotted on surveillance cameras taking the luggage. Authorities were able to track down the pair and question them.

Authorities said Tallent and Taylor admitted to the thefts and were then arrested.

Tallent was arrested on four counts of grand theft while Taylor was arrested on five counts of grand theft. Both were taken to the Hillsborough County jail.

Both Tallent and Taylor have lengthy criminal records. Tallent has previous arrests on drug charges while Taylor has been arrested previously on grand theft charges.

Both could face more charges.

Meanwhile, TIA officials are in the process of returning the suitcases to the rightful owners.
