Manatee County Area Transit buses have a new policy with veterans in mind.
Our partners at the Bradenton Herald report, it's adding a bus stop next month right in front of the Bradenton Veterans Administration Clinic, 5520 State Road 64 E.
It will have a shelter and will be handicap accessible. Not only that, but active-duty military and veterans will be able to ride buses for half fare.
It goes into effect on October 6th.
