A teenager charged with arson and attempted murder is out of a juvenile detention center tonight.
Deputies said the 14-year-old intentionally set her home on fire with her mother and brother sleeping inside.
The teen has been in the juvenile facility since the fire happened on September 4 in New Port Richey.
The teen's mother says she wanted her daughter back at home so she can make sure she gets counseling, but other family members are concerned.
Investigators believe the girl got the idea from a made up Internet character named Slenderman.
