While the Florida governor's race has taken center stage this fall, there are several of the governor's cabinet positions also up for election.

The second-most contested statewide race is the race for Attorney General.  Incumbent Republican Pam Bondi, is taking on democratic challenger George Sheldon, and Libertarian of Florida candidate William Wohlsifer.

Now voters will be able to hear from the candidates on all the major issues impacting Florida in a Special Edition of Political Connections: Florida Attorney General Debate.  Bay News 9 anchor Al Ruechel, News 13 anchor Ybeth Bruzual and Tampa Bay Times Political Editor Adam Smith will moderate the pre-recorded debate.

The candidates will each give timed responses to a variety of questions on the issues ranging from gay marriage, medical marijuana, pill mills, to human trafficking.

The 1-hour Special Edition of Political Connections will air Monday, October 6 at 7 p.m. in both Tampa and Orlando.
