St. Petersburg Police are looking for suspects in two separate shootings Monday night.

Edward Williams, 47, was shot and killed on the 1100 block of 10th Avenue South.

Officers have identified the suspect as 37-year-old Willie Newton.

Police said the shooting occurred following an argument between Williams and Newton over an earlier altercation with a female. 

Police are also investigating an attempted homicide on the 1200 block of MLK Street South. 

Officers are searching for 21-year-old Jimmy Bradshaw. Police say he shot 33-year-old James Ford following a verbal dispute.

Police said Bradshaw fled on foot. Ford was transported to Bayfront Medical Center.
